On the SkillSniper home page, click Sign In and then click the 'Forgot Password' link. A separate box will pop up where you need to enter in your email address and click the 'Recover Password' button. An email will be sent to your email address with a link. Click the link you receive and you will be able to change your password.

Make sure you navigate to the correct month and year that you are trying to find. Then, click your mouse pointer on a specific date in the calendar and that date will be entered in the field you are on.

To inactivate your account, simply remove your Availability Date from your dashboard. Your account status will be 'Invisible'. You will not show up in searches. Anytime in the future when you are looking for another job, you can simply add an Availability Date and you will be 'Visible' again to employers.
To remove your Availability Date, click inside the Availability Date box on your dashboard and then click the 'Clear' button and your Availability Date will be removed.
If you wish to completely remove your account from SkillSniper then just send an email to support@skillsniper.com and put 'remove account' in the subject line. This email must be sent from the email address used to originally create the account. If you are looking for work in the future, then you can always create a new account. However, inactivating it will save you time in the future if you are once again looking for a job.
